UF membrane modules use hollow-fiber configurations with pore sizes of 0.01-0.1 um to achieve high-flux filtration of suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and viruses. Manufactured from modified hydrophilic PVDF or PVC, these membranes deliver consistent permeate quality with turbidity below 0.2 NTU and SDI under 3, making them ideal as RO pretreatment or for direct drinking water production. The outside-in filtration mode handles high-turbidity feed water with strong anti-fouling performance.
