A: 7days for consumable,membrane, 20-35 days for equipment.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample, the customers need to pay the samples fee and cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: TT or L/C.

Q: Does your company provide equipment installation and commissioning services?
A: Yes, we will send engineers to assist in installation and commissioning.
